This pepper's beautiful dark colour offers a great chance to break up the green and reds of most gardens.

Famous for its black peppers, the Black Thai is also a very useful pepper, suitable for many dishes. Its medium heat level allows it to be added into most meals that call for an added spice boost.

Like most Thai Peppers, the Black Thai begins facing upward and grow between 2"-4" long with a point on the end.
They ripen from black to red. The black colouration is caused by a reaction to sunlight, so it is recommended to place these plants in the brightest spot possible to create dark and fully black peppers.
