Possibly one of the most famous peppers, cayennes come in all shapes and sizes. This variety proves to be an exceptional type of cayenne, producing long thick fruit with an excellent curl at the end.
Long Cayennes are around 6" - 8" long, and as mentioned have a distinct curl at the end of the pepper. Giving them their unique rare shape.
As with almost all cayenne varieties these are excellent for cooking or drying and give your recipes a nice kick.
